Dear Southern Region Parents and Students of City Hill Middle School,
Saturday, December 6, 2014 – Auditions for CMEA Southern Region.
HAVE YOUR CHILD BE AT CITY HILL MIDDLE SCHOOL AT 11:00AM .
BUS WILL LEAVE THE SCHOOL PARKING LOT AT 11:30pm FOR WASHINGTON MIDDLE SCHOOL IN MERIDEN FOR OUR 12:30pm AUDITION TIMES.
If you have not paid the $10.00 fee and fill out the medical form for your child to ride the bus to auditions, you need to do before Saturday or you will have to drive your child to Washington Middle School in Meriden.
PLEASE BE AT CITY HILL MIDDLE SCHOOL AT 2:30 PM
TO PICK UP YOUR CHILD AFTER AUDITIONS.
BRING: Music, instruments, pencils, water bottle.
DRESS: TO IMPRESS!!!!
CITY HILL MIDDLE SCHOOL WILL NOT BE OPEN ON SATURDAY, SO IT IS YOUR CHILD’S RESPONSIBILITY TO BRING THEIR INSTRUMENT AND MUSIC HOME WITH THEM ON FRIDAY.
